i always stay out late or stay up late and make up doesn’t always cover up the bags under my eyes. Is there anything i should buy or any ideas that could help get rid of the bags and the puffy?

I always have bags and dark circles under my eyes. I’ve tried many things to get rid of them, but they don’t work. I’ve tried most make ups, which get rid of the dark circles a bit, but I still need something that reduces the bags under my eyes. If possible, could anyone share any solutions or home remedies that you know that could get rid of either bags, dark circles, or both?? Websites concerning this are also appreciated. I have redness on my forehead and dark bags under my eyes, even my concealer dosent cover it well.

Please don’t say “get some more sleep” because I have had them since I was a little girl. I’m tired of using concealer everyday and tea bags don’t work so can anyone tell me a way of permanently getting ready of my under eye bags. It’s less of an issue with colour but the bags are really obvious it my complexion.
If there is no possible way to remove them besides surgery can anyone recomend a less frequent solution.
